Wondering how to reach a child's classmate? Looking for a babysitter? Trying to find a sports field? Need to call the school? Stop by Pond Cove's front desk and pick up your school wide directory(ies) for only $5.00 each. It's an invaluable resource that you won't believe you ever lived without.

You will have, at your fingertips, nearly every family's name (including children and grade, K–12) address, phone number and email information. In addition, this handy reference provides names and phone numbers for the Superintendent's Office, Pond Cove School, Middle School, High School, Cape Elizabeth School Board, Pond Cove Parents' Association Officers, Middle School Parents' Association Officers and High School Parents' Association Officers. The current school year calendar is on the inside of the front cover. In the back there are class lists, a Cape Elizabeth map and street index as well as directions to the various athletic fields. No wonder many parents have one for home, office and cars!

Dismissal Forms Now Available at the Pond Cove Front Office –  The PCPA has pre-printed dismissal forms available for $3.00 each to help simplify your communication with the school when your child will attend an after-school activity or be picked up instead of riding his/her regular bus home. Such information needs to be sent, in writing, to school with your child. Your child's teacher will share the dismissal information with the Pond Cove Office. The dismissal pads are formatted to provide all the information the school needs with just a few checks of a box. Please contact Ang Foley if you have questions.
