The Jean Lavallee Award

For several years the PCPA presented an award to honor a 'graduating' parent with the Jeans' Team Award to acknowledge his or her unsung efforts over the years. The award was named for its first recipient, Jean Lavellee, who made an enormous impact on the school with her creative spirit and tireless energy. After several years, the PCPA chose to retire this award as it was simply too difficult to select one parent from all the hard-working, dedicated volunteers to present with an award. We honor those who received the award (below), as they are incredibly well-deserving recipients who made an indelible impact on the PCPA during their time as parents at Pond Cove and beyond.
